FEYNLAB® PURE WASH is an impressive deep cleaning car wash soap! IDEAL for the Preparation & Maintenance of Ceramic Coatings because NOTHING is left behind on the surface.

Engineered with great foaming and contamination encapsulation technology, PURE WASH’S true power lies within Feynlab’s Intelligent Cleaning Technology which mechanically latches onto contamination particles for ease of removal while also chemically breaking them down. PURE WASH is a perfect preparation step for regular vehicle maintenance washes, or the application of ceramic nano coatings.

PURE WASH is the natural choice to deeply clean surfaces, maintaining the optimal sheeting and self cleaning characteristics of any coated vehicle (all brands). Most car shampoos leave behind considerable polymers which interfere with a coating’s true water behavior.

When used as Step 1, within the FEYLNAB Optimal Bonding System for Coatings, PURE WASH functions as a true deep cleanser. The nano particles penetrate below the surface removing deep embedded contaminants from the surface with much greater effectiveness than traditional car shampoos. This is step 1 in promoting more effective bonding and performance of ceramic nano coatings.

Dilution Ratio:

Foam Cannon: (max dilution): mix 1oz (30ml) of FEYNLAB® PURE WASH into a 32oz (1L) container.

Traditional Bucket: mix 1oz (30ml) of FEYNLAB® PURE WASH to every 2 or 3 gallons (7.5 or 11L) of water.

Cautions:
Pure Wash is a deep cleanser and may remove less durable waxes, sealants, and topical protection.

Directions:

Place vehicle in a well lit, cool, contamination free environment out of direct sunlight.
Thoroughly Rinse vehicle of all loose dust and topical contamination.
Apply a generous amount to vehicle surfaces via foam cannon, foaming trigger bottle, or foamy wash mitt.
Using a gentle wash mitt, gently and thoroughly clean the vehicle from top to bottom.
Remember to clean the wash mitt after every 2-3 sections.
If using one wash mitt, its advised to wash the lower 1/3 of the vehicle last, since the heaviest contaminants collect here.
Rinse the vehicle thoroughly, from top to bottom, removing all excess PURE WASH from the surface.
Dry vehicle with absorbent Microfiber towels, using compressed air or an air blower for surfaces, crevices, or badges.

FEYNLAB® PURE RINSELESS

FEYNLAB® PURE RINSELESS is a highly concentrated rinseless or waterless car wash solution designed for regular maintenance washing of all automotive exterior vehicle surfaces– coated and non-coated alike.

Regular use of PURE RINSELESS will maintain optimal sheeting and self cleaning properties of all paint coatings, sealants, and surfaces. PURE RINSELESS is also the ideal pre-coating paint cleanser, since its only purpose is to deep clean, leaving nothing behind to interfere with bonding.

PURE RINSELESS fully encapsulates surface contamination particles with great lubricity, making for a safe waterless or rinseless cleaning method. As the name implies, PURE RINSELESS works to leave the surface simply clean, employing the same Intelligent Cleaning Technology as FEYNLAB® PURE WASH. The sufactants physically latch onto contamination for ease of removal while also chemically breaking them down. The formula contains no polymers, fillers, junk, or caustic chemicals to be left behind. Instead a truly clean surface is revealed after washing, ready for the next protection step or just a fun drive.

PURE RINSELESS may be mixed for both Waterless and Rinseless Car Wash Dilutions. The Deep Cleaning Refreshes Optimal Sheeting and Self Cleaning (Hydrophobic) Properties for all Ceramic Nano Coatings.

When used within the FEYLNAB Optimal Bonding System for Coatings, PURE RINSELESS functions as a true deep cleanser. Dilution Ratio:
Mix at a 1:250 dilution. 1 part Concentrate to 250 parts Water.

Directions:
- Place vehicle in a well lit, cool, contamination free environment out of direct sunlight.
- Thoroughly Rinse vehicle of all loose dust, debris, and topical contamination — if possible.
Waterless Car Wash Instructions:
1. Premix waterless solution into a spray bottle or chemical sprayer.
2. Spray a generous amount onto the surface to encapsulate all dirt and contamination particles.
3. Use a clean long nap microfiber towel to gently remove the encapsulated contaminants from the surface.
4. Use a secondary towel to dry the panel after washing.
Rinseless Car Wash Dilution & Instructions:
1. Add water to a bucket. For every gallon (3.75L) of water and add 1/2oz (15ml) of concentrate. E.G. A 3 gallon (15L) bucket of water would require 1.5oz (45ml) of PURE RINSELESS.
2. Spray a generous amount onto the surface to encapsulate all dirt and contamination particles.
3. Dunk and saturate a dedicated wash mitt, before gently washing a designated working section.
4. Finally, wipe the surface dry with a clean long nap microfiber towel to gently remove the encapsulated contaminants from the surface.
5. Remember: After each section, clean the wash mitt to remove any contamination lifted from the vehicle surface.

Paint Preparation:
Thoroughly clean wheels & calipers using FEYNLAB® PURE WASH vehicle to remove all topical contamination. Follow with a topical decontamination clay treatment using FEYNLAB® PRIME. If necessary, use a ferrous iron removal product to remove all embedded iron deposits. After cleaning and polishing to desired level, remove all polish oils using FEYNLAB® PANEL PREP to ensure optimal bonding and durability of the coating.

Directions:
Prior to application place vehicle in a well lit, temperature controlled 10°C-30°C (50°F-85°F), & contamination free environment. Have plenty (6 or more) new microfiber towels, 2 or 3 microfiber sponge applicators, 1 foam applicator on hand BEFORE application.

Shake WHEEL & CALIPER vigorously for 2 min before use. Open the bottle and allow the coating 1min of air exposure.

CERAMIC WHEEL AND CALIPER – Application Instructions:
- Apply a small amount of CERAMIC WHEEL & CALIPER to a microfiber applicator and spread evenly over the wheels or calipers. The amount of product should be enough to evenly coat the area without over saturation.
- Allow CERAMIC WHEEL & CALIPER to dwell for 30-35min. Dwell times over 45 min may require MUCH more removal effort.
- After application is complete, remove coating in same pattern as application with a Microfiber towel.
Recommended Maximum Area of Application:
Coat 2 full wheels, or 4 wheel faces then wipe off, following the same pattern as application.

Best Practice: Combine WHEEL & CALIPER with TOPCOAT. This powerful combination provides wheels with: durable protection, extraordinary hydrophobic and self cleaning traits, and incredible ease of maintenance.

Final Inspection:
Be sure to carefully inspect all finished panels for any leftover coating residue (high spots) during the final wipe. Commonly edges, emblems, and other tight areas may contain some remaining residue. High spots are much easier to remove if caught within a 20-40 min window after the final wipe, than later when the coating has set and curing has started.

Layering:
Although one layer of CERAMIC WHEEL AND CALIPER is sufficient to achieve the 1 year durability on clear-coated painted surfaces, another coat may be applied to any area to gain additional thickness.

To layer CERAMIC WHEEL & CALIPER, wait at least an hour after final wipe off of first layer. For best results and performance wait 1-3 hours between second later. Do NOT layer after 3 hours.

Infrared Curing (Required):
Bake each panel with an IR lamp to reach a surface temperature of 60°C (140°F) for 15min at a distance of ~ 30-36″ from the panel.

Post Application Instructions:
- Avoid any incidental water exposure for 24 hours. If it occurs, gently wipe water off the surface.
- Avoid all chemicals including car washes for 7 days.
- If the vehicle must be released in wet conditions before 24hrs after the final coating, then apply FEYNLAB® DETAILER after 2-4 hours of curing time.
- Wash & Maintain using FEYNLAB® PURE WASH or FEYNLAB® PURE RINSELESS.
Climate Notes:
All FEYNLAB® Coatings are subject to different dwell and curing time windows due to humidity and temperature. In General, the higher the humidity level the quicker the coating will cure. If humidity level approaches 75% or higher then consider lessening the recommended dwell and wipe times for the coating.

Additionally moving air will decrease coating dwell times for areas it contacts. Therefore, it is recommended to stop all moving air as much as possible during coating applications to ensure consistency for all portions of the vehicle.

Coatings are best applied in temperature controlled environments of 10°C-30°C (50°F-85°F), with humidity as low as possible.

FEYNLAB® LEVELING AID

FEYNLAB® LEVELING AID assists in the final wiping process (leveling) of more complicated coating installations; such as Ceramic Plus and Heal Lite. Different protection aspects of coatings in the FEYNLAB™ family require more in-depth procedures. LEVELING AID is the final step, allowing for optimal film build and adhesion to painted surfaces. It’s main purpose is to reinforce bonding as the final step, leaving the surface with a clear appearance.

LEVELING AID also works well in the removal of other coating technology outside of the FEYNLAB chemistry family.

Product Benefits:
FEYNLAB® LEVELING AID, promotes adhesion, film build, and is the final step to buffing the surface clear for FEYNLAB® coatings such as Ceramic Plus and Heal Lite.

LEVELING AID Application Directions:
LEVELING AID is used to assist in the removal of specific FEYNLAB® coatings, once coatings have been applied and cured about 75%.

Using a clean microfiber towel, first apply 3-5 sprays of LEVELING AID to the towel. Then, for each section the size of half a door or a quarter of a hood, apply 3-4 more to the towel then spread evenly over the surface. The amount of product should be enough to evenly coat the area without over saturation. LEVELING AID may also be applied via MF applicator pad.

After applying, flip the towel over and buff the area clear or use another dedicated clean microfiber towel to buff clear.

ALWAYS keep cap on bottle when not in use.

Recommended Maximum Area of Application:
HALF of a door or 1/4 of a hood, then wipe off in same pattern as application.

Final Inspection:
Carefully inspect all finished panels for leftover coating residue (high spots) before moving on to the rest of the car. Commonly edges, emblems and tight spaces tend to hold remaining product. High spots are much easier to remove if you catch within a 20-40 min window after final wipe than later on.

Cautions:

Application Instructions:
First Thoroughly clean the surface, removing all loose and topical contamination. A clean surface with ensure optimal bonding and durability.
- Spray directly onto cloth seats, floors, mats, or convertible tops, saturating the surface.
- Using nitrile or latex gloves, work the product into the surface.
- Follow up with a light misting of Textile over the surface. This technique ensures all fibers are coated on all sides.
- Using a hair dryer, on a heat setting that won’t singe your arm, thoroughly dry the applied areas. Don’t place heat too close to the surface.
- Allow treated areas to cure in a well ventilated area, for a minimum of 12-16 hours, preferably 24hrs.
Climate Notes:
If possible apply coating in temperature controlled environment 10°C-30°C (50°F-85°F). TEXTILE is not affected by high humidity.

FEYNLAB® LEATHER TREATMENT 120ml
FEYNLAB® LEATHER TREATMENT is a natural conditioning treatment to hydrate leather, preserving its supple feel and elastic qualities without a greasy feel or appearance.

Traditional leather treatments are typically oil based and attract dust, creating a quick re-soiling environment. LEATHER TREATMENT is a water and vegetable based formula, working to deeply condition without leaving a greasy feel and is safe for all leather types, from urethane coated to untreated Aniline or Semi-Aniline Leather.

Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean surface of loose contamination or topical that might inhibit product effectiveness.

Clean leather thoroughly, removing as much dirt as possible from the surface. Steam, is often the most effective method of cleaning leather as it helps remove contamination deep within the leather’s pores. Bonnet style cleaning (filtering steam through a bonnet attachment or towel) is recommended with steam to avoid over saturating or overheating surfaces.

If using cleaning products, ensure they are leather safe. After the use of cleaning products perform a simple and thorough water wipe down or all to ensure any residue from the cleaning products is removed.

Directions
1. Apply FEYNLAB® LEATHER TREATMENT using a microfiber applicator or towel.
2. Use enough product to generously cover the working area, spreading evenly over the surface.
3. Once Applied, allow the product a couple min to absorb into the leather. Blend any excess with a towel.
