At Glossworx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with the exchange process.
- Exchange items must be in original, unused condition and may be subject to availability.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will either send you a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:
- Custom orders
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
